| Advising and Assistance for undergraduate business students Mary Kate Naatus is the Director of the Undergraduate Program. BSB students should meet with her each semester for academic advising and to have the registration hold removed. |

| Urgent Problems and Issues If you have an important problem that needs special and rapid attention, please email the Dean of the School of Management. Please include your name, NJIT Student ID number, contact information including phone number and e-mail, and a brief statement of the problem and its status (who have you contacted, what did they say, what has been done or not done?). |
