Employer sponsorship is an important component of the EMBA program that provides tangible benefits to sponsors and to students.

Financial Support
Many companies offer financial support through tuition reimbursement and other employee development programs. We encourage prospective students to meet with their managers about sponsorship early in the application process.
In-Residence Week
The program begins with a course on public policy taught at the Washington Campus in Washington D.C. in late September. Incoming students should arrange to be out of the office for the entire week. Students electing to participate in the foreign study tour, which takes place during the third semester of the program, must also make arrangements to be out of the office for a period of 7 to 10 business days.
